Two children in Carlyon Bay have completed the green reading challenge and are enjoying sitting on the VIP table for the day

The children enjoyed a workshop with Edward Rowe (aka the kernow king) in carlyon bay today where they investigated rocks, talked about tin mining and played a game linked with the journey of tin and Cornwall’s mining history.
The whole school then enjoyed a show where they took part in the task of starting the puffing devil by gathering facts and learning about important historical figures.
